ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking Customer Service Representatives to join our team in Georgetown. In this full-time, on-site position, you will assist customers with inquiries and issues related to our technology products and services. RESPONSIBILITIES
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to company products and services
- Provide support to customers across multiple communication channels
- Contribute to customer satisfaction and retention
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum age: 17 years old
- Education: 4th Form or higher
- Ability to work full-time, on-site in Georgetown
- Flexibility to work until 8:00 PM when needed
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- Base salary: GYD 150,000
- Performance bonus: up to GYD 30,000
